Sec. 1251.104. ENTIRE CONTRACT. A group accident and health insurance policy must provide that the policy and any application attached to the policy constitute the entire contract between the parties. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
