Sec. 1251.258. BENEFITS UNDER CONVERTED POLICY. The commissioner by rule shall establish minimum standards for benefits under converted policies issued under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
