Sec. 1251.355. SPORTS TEAM OR CAMP. (a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a sports team or camp or the sponsor of a sports team or camp to cover members, campers, employees, officials, or supervisors. (b) The sports team, camp, or sponsor is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
