Exhaustion of Administrative Remedies

Sec. 126.260. EXHAUSTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES. Except as provided by Subchapter E, administrative remedies must be exhausted before a court may: (1) assert jurisdiction over a claim against the liquidating agent or the credit union; or (2) restrain or otherwise affect the exercise of the powers or functions of the liquidating agent.
