Sec. 126.401. CERTIFICATE OF LIQUIDATION AND DISTRIBUTION. The commissioner shall prescribe the form of a certificate to be completed by the liquidating agent attesting that distribution has been made and liquidation is complete. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
