Cancellation of Certificate of Incorporation

Sec. 126.402. CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION. The commissioner, on receipt and approval of the certificate executed under Section 126.401, shall cancel the credit union's certificate of incorporation. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
