Sec. 127.129. CORRECTION OF RESULTS AFTER EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION. The secretary of state shall prescribe procedures for correcting results after the discovery of an equipment malfunction that caused the results to be incorrect. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
