Response To Notice

Sec. 1272.203. RESPONSE TO NOTICE. A delegated entity shall respond in writing to a request from a health maintenance organization under Section 1272.202 not later than the 30th day after the date the entity receives the request. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
