Sec. 128.046. RULES. The secretary of state may adopt rules necessary to carry out the secretary's duties under this chapter, including prescribing necessary forms. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 197, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
