Hardware Diagnostic Test

Sec. 129.022. HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. (a) The general custodian of election records shall conduct a successful hardware diagnostic test before a voting system is used in an election. (b) The hardware diagnostic test must ensure that each part of the system functions properly as prescribed by the secretary of state.
