Sec. 13.071. REVIEW OF APPLICATION. (a) The registrar shall review each submitted application for registration to determine whether it complies with Section 13.002 and indicates that the applicant is eligible for registration. (b) The registrar shall make the determination not later than the seventh day after the date the application is submitted to the registrar. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
