Notice of Hearing

Sec. 13.078. NOTICE OF HEARING. (a) The registrar shall deliver to a challenged applicant written notice of the date, hour, and place set for the hearing on the challenge not later than the second day after the date the hearing request is filed or made. (b) This section does not apply to a hearing conducted under Section 13.077(d). Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
