Sec. 13.312. ADMINISTRATION EXPENSE. The department may employ necessary personnel, as determined by the director, and expend amounts necessary to administer efficiently the outdoor recreation programs under this subchapter. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
