Definitions

Sec. 13.451. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "License holder" means a person who holds a service company license or a service technician license. (2) "Service company" means a person who holds a service company license issued by the department under this subchapter. (3) "Service technician" means an individual who holds a service technician license issued by the department under this subchapter.
