Use of Student Fees In Construction

Sec. 130.124. USE OF STUDENT FEES IN CONSTRUCTION. (a) A junior college district facility constructed with student fees may be used only for junior college purposes. (b) Student fees may not be used for construction, repair, or rehabilitation of a community center or junior college district auxiliary enterprise unless the enterprise serves as a student center or dormitory.
