Definitions

Sec. 130.301. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. (2) "General academic teaching institution," "medical and dental unit," and "institution of higher education" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003. (3) "Recognized accrediting agency" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.
