Applicability of Texas Trust Code

Sec. 1301.002. APPLICABILITY OF TEXAS TRUST CODE. (a) A management trust is subject to Subtitle B, Title 9, Property Code. (b) To the extent of a conflict between Subtitle B, Title 9, Property Code, and a provision of this chapter or of a management trust, the provision of this chapter or of the trust controls.
