Sec. 1301.157. PLAIN LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS. Each health insurance policy, health benefit plan certificate, endorsement, amendment, application, or rider must: (1) be written in plain language; (2) be in a readable and understandable format; and (3) comply with all applicable requirements relating to minimum readability requirements.
