Sec. 1301.651. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "local workforce development board" means a board created under Subchapter F, Chapter 2308, Government Code. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 819, Sec. 26, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
