Appointment and Responsibilities of Administrator

Sec. 1304.153. APPOINTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATOR. (a) A provider may appoint an administrator registered under this chapter to be responsible for: (1) all or any part of the administration or sale of service contracts; and (2) compliance with this chapter, except for Section 1304.151. (b) The appointment of an administrator under this section does not affect a provider's responsibility to comply with this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
