Sec. 130A.008. CENSUS DATE ELIGIBILITY. A junior college district may report a student in attendance on the district's approved course census date for the purpose of funding under this chapter. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 378 (H.B. 8), Sec. 46, eff. September 1, 2023.
