Sec. 131.149. TERM OF RENEWAL PERMIT. A surface mining permit renewal shall be for a term not to exceed the period of the original permit established under this chapter. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2623, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
