Revision of Permit

Sec. 131.151. REVISION OF PERMIT. During the term of a surface mining permit, the permittee may submit an application, together with a revised reclamation plan, to the commission for a revision of the permit. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2624, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
