Sec. 131.154. EXTENSIONS TO AREA. Except for incidental boundary revisions, an extension to the area covered by a permit must be made by application for another permit or for revision of a permit. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2624, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
