Sec. 132.081. GENERAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this chapter. (b) An offense under this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1320, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
