Sec. 133.086. DISPOSITION OF PENALTIES AND COSTS. Money collected under Section 133.082 or 133.084 of this code shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the Texas aggregates quarry and pit safety fund. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 668, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 26, 1991.
