Sec. 134.029. PROCEDURE ON DETECTION OF VIOLATION. On detection of a violation of this chapter, an inspector, in writing, shall: (1) promptly inform the operator; and (2) report the violation to the commission. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
