Sec. 134.064. PROCEDURE. Chapter 2001, Government Code, applies to a permit application under this chapter. Notice of hearing and appeal is governed by that chapter, except as provided by Section 134.062. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
