Sec. 134.074. RIGHT TO RENEWAL. A permit issued under this chapter carries with it the right of successive renewal on expiration for areas within the boundaries of the existing permit. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
