Sec. 134.082. COMMISSION REQUIREMENT OF PERMIT REVISION OR MODIFICATION. (a) The commission, within a time prescribed by rule, shall review outstanding permits and may require reasonable revision or modification of a permit during the term of the permit. (b) A revision or modification must be supported by a written finding and is subject to the notice and hearing requirements of Chapter 2001, Government Code.
