Recovery of Administrative Penalty

Sec. 134.178. RECOVERY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. The attorney general at the request of the commission may bring a civil action to recover an administrative penalty owed under this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
