Sec. 134.184. VENUE. A person may bring an action under Section 134.182 only in the judicial district in which the surface coal mining operation complained of is located. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 12.02(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
