Sec. 1358.004. ADOPTION OF MINIMUM STANDARDS. The commissioner, in consultation with the Texas Diabetes Council, by rule shall adopt minimum standards for coverage provided to an enrollee with diabetes. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
