Sec. 1364.004. RULES. The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to administer this subchapter. A rule adopted under this section is subject to notice and hearing as provided by Section 1201.007 for a rule adopted under Chapter 1201. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
