Sec. 1367.104. COPAYMENT OR COINSURANCE REQUIREMENT PERMITTED; DEDUCTIBLE REQUIREMENT OR DOLLAR LIMIT PROHIBITED; NOTICE REQUIRED. (a) Coverage required under this subchapter: (1) may be subject to a copayment or coinsurance requirement; and (2) may not be subject to a deductible requirement or a dollar limit.
