Sec. 1371.0521. INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT OBLIGATION. An independent school district may not issue an obligation under this chapter unless the obligation is authorized in accordance with Section 45.003, Education Code. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 769, Sec. 11, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
