Sec. 1371.058. REGISTRATION. On receipt of the documents required by Section 1371.057(b), the comptroller shall register the record of the proceedings relating to the issuance of obligations or the execution of a credit agreement. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1064, Sec. 19, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
