Art. 13A.264. TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFENSES. An offense under Chapter 33A, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county: (1) in which the telecommunications service originated or terminated; or (2) to which the bill for the telecommunications service was or would have been delivered.
