Perjury

Art. 13A.302. PERJURY. Perjury or aggravated perjury may be prosecuted in any county in which: (1) the offense was committed; or (2) the false statement is used or attempted to be used. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 765 (H.B. 4504), Sec. 1.001, eff. January 1, 2025.
