Report On Violation

Sec. 14.253. REPORT ON VIOLATION. If the commissioner determines that a violation occurred, the commissioner may issue a report that states: (1) the facts on which the determination is based; and (2) the commissioner's recommendation on imposition of a penalty, including a recommendation on the amount of the penalty.
