Refund of Administrative Penalty

Sec. 141.019. REFUND OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. On the date the court's judgment that an administrative penalty against a person should be reduced or not assessed becomes final, the court shall order that: (1) the appropriate amount of any penalty payment plus accrued interest be remitted to the person not later than the 30th day after that date; or (2) the bond be released, if the person has posted a bond.
