Sec. 141.075. NOTICE OF SALE. Land offered for lease to the public by the board shall be advertised in four daily newspapers in the state that have general circulation at least 30 days in advance of the sale date. The notice shall be published in three issues of each newspaper. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2642, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
