Sec. 1432.014. PUBLIC PURPOSE. The acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, equipment, operation, and maintenance of a facility authorized by this chapter is a public purpose and a proper function of a local government. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
