Sec. 1433.005. ULTIMATE LESSEE. For purposes of this chapter, an ultimate lessee is the person, firm, corporation, or company that leases an industrial project or medical project from the lessee of the project. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
