Sec. 144.028. HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS. A person engaging in rendering processes or operations shall wear washable garments and accessories and conform to hygienic practices. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
