Sec. 146.027. LIMITATION ON CHALLENGE OF DECLARATION. A declaration of write-in candidacy may not be challenged for compliance with the applicable requirements after the 15th day before election day. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
