Contents of Ordinance, Order, Or Resolution Authorizing Bonds

Sec. 1477.005. CONTENTS OF ORDINANCE, ORDER, OR RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BONDS. In the ordinance, order, or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds under this subchapter, the commissioners court may: (1) provide for the deposit and accounting of funds and the establishment and maintenance of an interest and sinking fund, a reserve fund, or other fund; and (2) make additional covenants relating to the: (A) bonds; (B) pledged revenue; or (C) operation and maintenance of any real property, building, or other facility, the revenue of which is pledged for bond payments.
