Sec. 1477.102. AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE NATURAL GAS SYSTEM. The commissioners court of the county may purchase or construct a natural gas system for supplying natural gas to county buildings adequately and dependably. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
