Sec. 1477.118. COUNTY USE OF GAS. The county shall pay for gas used by the county for its own facilities from general funds of the county legally available for that purpose, and free service is prohibited. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
