Offense

Sec. 15.030. OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person wilfully and knowingly violates this title. (b) This section does not apply to an offense described by Section 55.138. (c) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
